The Odyssey Award for Excellence in Audiobook Production, jointly administered by the Association for Library Service to Children and the Young Adult Library Services Association, and sponsored by Booklist, is given to the producer of the best audiobook produced for children and/or young adults that is available in English in the United States. The winner was announced January 26, 2009 in Denver, Colorado, during the American Library Association Midwinter Meeting.
